We read everything, and we would rather hear about a broken tool than have you quietly go elsewhere.
What is most useful to tell us
- A tool gave the wrong answer. The tool name and an example input we can reproduce it with. Please do not send us the actual file if it is private — a description of its shape is usually enough.
- A tool you wish existed. What you are trying to do, and what you use at the moment instead.
- A security issue. See our security page for how to report it.
- Partnerships and press. Same address; say which in the subject line.
What we cannot help with
We cannot recover a file you processed. Tools that run in your browser leave no copy with us, and server-side jobs are deleted automatically within the hour — there is nothing to retrieve, which is the same property that keeps your data private in the first place.
