TooloSea is an independently operated project, published from Sri Lanka.

How to reach us

[email protected] is the address for everything, and it is read by a person. Putting the subject in the first line helps it get answered faster:

• Privacy or data protection. See the privacy policy first — it is written to be specific rather than reassuring, and usually answers the question.
• Security. Our security page sets out scope and what we will not pursue you for.
• Copyright or content complaints. The route is in our terms.
• A broken tool, or one you wish existed. Genuinely the most useful mail we get. What to include.

Data controller

For the limited processing described in our privacy policy — aggregate, non-identifying usage counts and nothing else — the controller is the operator of this site, contactable at the address above. We have not appointed a data protection officer, because the scale and nature of what we process does not require one: no accounts, no profiles, no personal data collected from visitors, and no raw IP address stored anywhere.

Where the site runs

Most tools run on your own device and involve no server at all. Where a tool does need our server — a handful of PDF operations — or queries an external data service, that is stated in the notice on the tool's own page, generated from how the tool is actually built rather than written by hand.

Our infrastructure sits behind Cloudflare, so traffic to this site passes through their network before it reaches us. The privacy policy covers what that means and what we do and do not receive as a result.

Availability

TooloSea is open to anyone, anywhere. We do not block visitors by country, we do not require an account, and we do not restrict tools by region. If a tool does not work for you where you are, that is a fault we would like to hear about rather than a policy.
